Day Pass

Below are some common questions about our Day Pass policy.

Can I purchase a Day Pass at RITE Bali?

Yes. Day Passes are available for non-members who want to experience the gym. Availability may be limited to certain hours depending on capacity, and Day Passes do not include access to group classes.

What time can I use the Day Pass?

A Day Pass is valid for the full day, from the time of purchase until the gym closes at 10:00 PM. You are welcome to leave and return later on the same day.

Can I join a class with a Day Pass?

No. Day Passes do not grant access to group classes, as these are reserved for members who book in advance.

Can I use the spa or recovery area with a Day Pass?

Day Pass holders have access to all open gym areas and recovery facilities, including the sauna, pool, and ice bath. Group classes are not included.

Can I bring a guest with my Day Pass?

No. Each Day Pass is valid for one individual only. Friends or guests will need to purchase their own Day Pass.

Memberships

Below are some of are common questions about our memberships.

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes — freeze options depend on your membership tier:

  • 4-week membership: Not eligible for freezes
  • 12-week membership: 1 freeze, up to 2 weeks
  • 26-week membership: 1 freeze, up to 1 month
  • 1-year membership: 1 freeze, up to 2 months

All freeze requests must be submitted in advance.

Can I upgrade my membership after purchase?

Yes, membership upgrades can be requested within 1 day of purchase, subject to management approval. Simply pay the applicable upgrade fee, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I bring a guest?

Only Founder Members are eligible to bring 1 guest for free each month.

All other members may bring guests by purchasing a Day Pass, available from 1:00 PM onward.

Do I get access to classes with my membership?

Yes — all memberships include unlimited access to classes. Spots must be booked in advance via our app. Classes can fill quickly, so we recommend reserving your spot up to 48 hours in advance.

What’s included in my membership?

All memberships provide full access to:

  • Open gym areas
    Spa & recovery facilities: Ice bath, sauna, and pool
  • Unlimited group classes
  • Locker access
  • Towel service
  • Wi-Fi and lounge access
Is there a registration fee?

No — we don’t charge hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

How do I renew my membership?

You can easily renew your membership at the front desk or online. Certain membership tiers may include renewal perks or exclusive partner discounts — please check with our team for the latest offers.

Can I get a tour before joining?

Absolutely. Simply stop by the front desk and we’ll give you a tour. You’ll discover why there’s no wrong place to train — but only one place to do it right.

Classes

Below are some common questions about our classes.

How do I book a class?

Simply access the GymMaster app or directly to our reception to reserve your session. Complete your booking and attend as scheduled.

How far in advance can I book?

Class bookings open 48 hours in advance to ensure fair access for all members. We recommend booking early, as popular classes fill quickly.

What happens if I’m late to class?

For safety and class flow, arrivals more than 5 minutes late may result in your spot being reassigned, and entry may be restricted at the trainer’s discretion.

Can I cancel a class I've booked?

Yes, but do it early. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, you risk getting blocked from booking classes for one full week.

Changing Room

Below some information about our changing rooms and what we provide.

Are lockers available for all members?

Yes. Lockers are provided for use during your workout. Simply leave a deposit item (such as a key or ID) at the front desk and collect a locker key.

Can I keep my belongings in a locker overnight?

No — lockers are for same-day use only. Any items left overnight may be removed by staff.

I lost my locker key — now what?

Lost keys incur a replacement fee of IDR 300,000.

Can I bring food into the changing room?

No — food, drinks, and protein shakes are not allowed in the changing rooms. Please help us keep the space clean and pleasant.

What’s the dress code in the changing areas?

Please maintain appropriate conduct: no nudity outside the shower area, and always use a towel.

Are showers and amenities available?

Yes — enjoy our high-end showers, fresh towels, and vanity stations. Spa-quality soap and shampoo are provided for your convenience.

Personal Training

I bought a personal training package. Can I cancel it and get a refund?

No — Personal Training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each session is designed to deliver results and maximize your progress.

How long are PT sessions?

Each session is typically 60 minutes, fully personalized, and tailored to your preferred intensity level.

Can I do a trial session before buying a package?

Occasionally, we offer intro sessions or promotions with new trainers. Check with the front desk or follow our social channels for the latest updates.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full session fee to respect our trainers’ time.

Payment & Refund

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Cash payments are no longer accepted.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after buying a membership?

No — all memberships, passes, and PT packages are non-refundable. This is part of the commitment to your training, as outlined in our terms.

Can I transfer my membership to a friend?

Memberships are non-transferable. Your progress and gains are personal. For exceptional cases, please contact the front desk.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, all memberships are paid in full upfront. We focus on results, not installments.
