Personal Training FAQs
How do I book a Personal Training session?
You can book a Personal Training session by visiting our front desk or contacting us directly. Our team will match you with a trainer based on your goals, training preferences, and availability. You may also request a specific trainer, subject to availability.
Can I choose my trainer?
Yes. You are welcome to choose your preferred trainer, provided they have available slots. Our team includes specialists across strength training, bodybuilding, athletic performance, yoga, and boxing.
How do I pay for PT sessions?
Personal Training sessions are purchased in packages and must be paid in advance. Available packages include 1, 8, 16, or 24 sessions. Payments can be made at the front desk.
When do my PT sessions expire?
To encourage consistency and progress, packages follow a fixed validity period:
8 sessions — valid for 4 weeks
16 sessions — valid for 8 weeks
24 sessions — valid for 12 weeks
What’s the cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% session fee
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
This policy helps us respect our trainers’ schedules and maintain service quality.
Can I change trainers midway through a package?
Yes, trainer changes are possible. However, we recommend maintaining consistency whenever possible to ensure optimal progress. If you feel a change is needed, please speak with our front desk or fitness team for assistance.
Can I freeze or extend my package?
PT packages cannot be frozen or extended except for medical reasons. A valid doctor’s note is required for consideration.
Is PT included in my membership?
Personal Training is a separate service and is not included in standard memberships. Membership provides access to gym facilities and group classes, while Personal Training is available as an add-on service.
