Memberships FAQ's
Can I pay cash?
No. We currently accept payments via credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers only.
Can I freeze or extend my membership?
Membership freezes are available under the following terms:
- 12-week membership: up to 2 weeks
- 26-week membership: up to 1 month
- Annual membership: up to 2 months
All freeze requests must be submitted before the freeze period begins. Freezes and extensions are not available for 4-week or week passes. Medical-related freeze requests, supported by a doctor’s note, may be reviewed by management.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. Membership upgrades are available within 24 hours of your original purchase. You may upgrade by paying the price difference. All upgrade requests are subject to management approval. Downgrades are not permitted.
Can I get a refund on my membership or pass?
All memberships, passes, and personal training sessions are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Do you allow filming and content creation?
Filming and content creation are permitted only with prior written approval from our marketing team and must be scheduled in advance.
Can I train my clients here if I’m a coach?
Personal training services may only be conducted by authorized RITE staff. External coaching, solicitation, or self-promotion within the facility is not permitted.
