Membership Agreement & Terms of Use

This Membership Agreement is made between you (the “Member” or “You”) and RITE Bali (“The Gym”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Indonesia.

By completing the joining process and becoming a Member of RITE Bali, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

You should only join if you agree to these terms.

1. Rules, Regulations, and Schedules

You agree to abide by all membership rules, regulations, and schedules of RITE Bali. These may be posted at the facility or communicated verbally and may be amended at any time at RITE Bali’s sole discretion.

2. Member Health Warranty

You declare that you are in good health and have no disability, impairment, injury, disease, or condition that would prevent safe participation in exercise or increase risk of injury.

You assume full responsibility for use of the facilities and agree to indemnify RITE Bali, its owners, affiliates, agents, and employees against any liability arising from facility use.

3. Passes & Memberships

  • All passes and memberships are paid in full upfront.
  • All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
  • Upgrades may be permitted within 1 day of purchase, subject to management approval and upgrade fees.
  • Memberships begin immediately upon purchase.
  • Members and guests must be 18 years or older, unless attending a special organized event.

4. Personal Training

All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

Package Expiry

  • 8 sessions → expires within 4 weeks
  • 16 sessions → expires within 8 weeks
  • 24 sessions → expires within 12 weeks

Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum 24-hour notice required
  • Late cancellation (<24 hours) → 50% fee
  • No-show or late cancellation → 100% session charge

5. Classes

  • Class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before class.
  • Arrival more than 5 minutes late may result in denied entry.
  • No-show without notice may result in 1-week booking suspension.
  • Inform instructors of injuries prior to class.
  • Classes take priority over open gym use.

6. Membership Freezes

  • 4-Week Membership → no freeze
  • 12-Week Membership → 1 freeze up to 2 weeks
  • 26-Week Membership → 1 freeze up to 1 month
  • 1-Year Membership → 1 freeze up to 2 months

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance. Medical freezes may be approved with documentation.

7. Operations & Services

Operating hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, subject to change.

RITE Bali may adjust hours, services, or facilities due to holidays, maintenance, or improvements. Temporary interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

8. Lockers

Lockers are provided for convenience.

  • Use at your own risk
  • Key deposit required
  • Lost key fee: IDR 300,000
  • Items left overnight may be removed
  • Illegal or hazardous items are prohibited

9. Valuables & Personal Property

RITE Bali is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

Lost items are stored for 31 days before disposal or donation.

10. Dress Code, Etiquette & Hygiene

Appropriate attire is required.

Gym Area

  • Activewear only
  • Closed-toe footwear required
  • No denim, sandals, streetwear, or beachwear
  • Barefoot training is at personal risk

Spa Area

  • Swimwear or beachwear required

Members must maintain proper hygiene. Access may be denied for non-compliance.

11. Spa Rules

  • Shower required before using pool, ice bath, or sauna
  • No running, diving, or unsafe behavior

12. Respecting Others

Members must maintain a respectful environment:

  • No harassment or discrimination
  • No disruptive behavior or excessive noise
  • No disruptive phone calls

13. Equipment & Facility Use

Members must:

  • Use equipment properly
  • Clean equipment after use
  • Return items to designated areas
  • Avoid dropping or damaging equipment
  • Report malfunctioning equipment

Unauthorized equipment is prohibited.

14. Health & Safety Risks

RITE Bali is not a medical provider.

Members should:

  • Seek medical advice before participation
  • Stop activity if experiencing discomfort
  • Maintain personal health insurance

Use of facilities while contagious is prohibited.

15. Non-RITE Bali Trainers

External trainers or paid coaching activities are not permitted without authorization. Violations may result in membership termination without refund.

16. Illegal Activities

Prohibited activities include:

  • Drugs, alcohol, or impairment
  • Weapons
  • Smoking
  • Gambling

    Violations may result in termination without refund.

17. Food & Beverage

Outside food or drink is not permitted.

18. Pets & Animals

No animals allowed on premises.

19. Feedback & Complaints

20. Photography & Videography

Recording is prohibited without written permission. Content creation must be pre-approved.

21. Authorization to Use Images

Members grant RITE Bali the right to photograph and record for marketing purposes without compensation.

Members grant a perpetual, worldwide license for any content shared involving the gym.

22. Membership Data

Members agree to provide accurate personal information and update changes promptly.

23. Communications

Members consent to receive electronic communications including email, SMS, and phone notifications.

24. Cancellation & Termination

RITE Bali reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for rule violations.
